Join us for a transformative evening of Sacred Womb Healing. The womb is a sacred portal that often stores ancestral traumas, birthing trauma (of our children and our own births), abuse trauma, and the energy of all past lovers and relationships. Left unhealed, these traumas and energies can progress into disease, reproductive issues, menstrual issues, and emotional problems. Through guided meditation, yoga, visualization, and more, this class offers a safe space for profound healing and self-empowerment.
