Service Description

This class is for young women preparing for their first period, those who have recently got their first period, or women who have been menstruating for years and just need a new perspective. Its time to remember that menstruation is a sacred cycle of womanhood and not the painful burden it is often made out to be. We will discuss how menstruation is traditionally celebrated and how you can honor your sacred cycle. Hosted by Angela, of Arcana Apothecary, and Phyllis, of Sacred Ibis Botanicals.
